The findings of each individual project are incorporated into a project report and become part of the frame of reference in each subsequent project. Throughout the projects, data collection is thus cumulative, to which a discourse analysis is applied per project and from which partial conclusions are formulated. These partial conclusions will eventually form the basis for contributing, via grounded theory , to the design of a creative-performative process-descriptive model for musical praxis, a tool that facilitates the unification of traditional and contemporary performance practices into an organic set of practices, and that makes sense of and enhances meaning-making processes in both non-traditionally and traditionally defined collaborations.

The first phase, 'Artistic practice, discourse with implicit meaning-giving actions, choices, goals' covers Part 1 of each report. Part 2 focuses on qualitative research into the collected data and information from interviews with the participating artists. Finally, Part 3 formulates a partial conclusion, finalising the project: on the one hand, with regard to the process, and on the other hand, on the possible and/or necessary personal, social and communicative aspects that define and guide this process. Finally, these partial conclusions are incorporated into a systematic representation of the creative-performative process followed, in order to eventually contribute to the distillation of a possible generally applicable model. The partial conclusions of the second constitute an impetus and invitation to further research, both based on literature and within the following research projects.
